The MG EHS is a plug-in hybrid SUV and the first of its kind from the British brand under the Chinese SAIC group. It features a 16.6 kWh battery that offers an electric range of 52 km on the WLTP cycle.

The vehicle combines a 1.5-liter petrol engine (119 kW, 250 Nm) with an electric motor (90 kW, 230 Nm), providing a total output of 258 horsepower. It can reach a top speed of 190 km/h and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds.

Its fuel consumption is 1.8 l/100 km (43 g CO2/km), depending on usage.
