The Jaguar I-Pace is the British manufacturer’s first electric vehicle revealed in November 2016 at the Los Angeles Motor Show. Marketed in 2018, it is halfway between a sedan and an SUV and benefits from a unique design within the Jaguar range.

This vehicle is offered in four trim levels: Jaguar i Pace S, Jaguar I-Pace SE, Jaguar HSE and Jaguar First Edition.

The Jaguar i-Pace is powered by two electric motors and is available in two versions:

EV400: composed of two electric motors of 200 hp and 348 Nm each, it develops a total of 400 hp and 696 Nm for a 0 to 100 km/h shot down in 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 200 km/h.
EV320: limited to 320 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque, this one also benefits from an all-wheel drive. On this version, the 0 to 100 km/h is shot down in 6.4 seconds and the top speed is limited to 180 km/h.

Battery of the Jaguar I-Pace version : I-Pace 90 kWh

The Jaguar I-PACE is a fully electric SUV with a 90 kWh battery. This battery consists of high energy density lithium-ion cells, which allow the car to have a range of up to 470 km according to the WLTP standard.

The battery of the Jaguar I-PACE is designed to provide optimal performance and long service life. It is permanently cooled by a liquid cooling system, which allows to maintain a constant temperature and optimize the battery life.

In terms of charging time, the Jaguar I-PACE is equipped with a 7 kW on-board charger, which can charge the battery in about 12 hours using a domestic power outlet. Using an 11 kW wall charger, the charging time can be reduced to about 8 hours.

The car is also equipped with a CCS fast charging system, which allows charging the battery up to 80% in just 43 minutes using a 100 kW fast charging terminal.
